Today, I had some time to add some structure to the articles. I am not really
happy yet (because as Claus mentioned several articles are really old and
outdated - so the release date of articles is also important), I will
improve this when I find some more time. However, I think even the better
structure helps new users a lot!

One more thing: I structured into "introductory", "advanced", "non-english",
and some more. I think that there should be ONE starting point for new users
which is up-to-date and explains all important Camel concepts with an
example and code available to download. Therefore, there is one article at
the beginning which is recommended for beginners due to these reasons. This
article is not just a blog post, but more professional and reviewed by Claus
because it was planned for InfoQ. It is from 2012 and offers source code at
github.
However, I want to mention that I have written this article :-) So feel free
to add another article for the first one, if you know a better up-to-date
introduction to Camel...
