Hi Mohammad I worked on extending Camels DefaultExecutorServiceStrategy and use of CommonJ workmanagers a year ago. You can find it at https://github.com/pax95/camel-commonj and fork it if you find it useful.
I tested it on weblogic 10, but got into issues regarding release of workmanagers.
