Components with query [?options].

I've updated this page 
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CAMEL/Component+List) for all of 
the components that have options (e.g., [?options]).

As per the current documentation (e.g., individual help page for each 
component), the following components do *not* have options:


ref:
browse:
paxlogging:
eventadmin:
spring-event:
stax:
xquery:
vertx:
activiti:


Is this correct?
