Just to be sure, is it safe to assume that Given: there is a route A -> B that is not auto started and has the ShutdownStrategy ShutdownRunningTask.CompleteAllTasks When there are X messages at queue A and the route is turned on and immediately turned off again (for example by JMX but this is a detail that shouldn't matter much) normally all X messages will be delivered to queue B?
