http4 component - increasing maxTotalConnections and connectionsPerRoute

Hi,

I'm trying to increase the maxTotalConnections and connectionsPerRoute in an 
http4 endpoint, but to no avail (the defaults are still being used). I'm 
appending
maxTotalConnections=xxx&connectionsPerRoute=yyy as per documentation page here: 
https://camel.apache.org/http4.html.
