You can define instance of CxfEndpointConfigurer the in the camel-context.xml 
just like this.

<!-- setup the CxfEndpointConfigurer bean here -->
   <bean id="myConfigurer" 
class="org.apache.camel.component.cxf.CxfTimeoutTest$MyCxfEndpointConfigurer" />
