If this happens all the time, something is wrong with the connection. But from the information that you provided, it is difficult to determine the cause. cxf-2.7.0 that you are using is a bit too old these days, as the current 2.7.x version is 2.7.16. Besides, you are using the Redhat version of the cxf librry, you might ask at their forum for support.
