That does not happen as that is closed-source vendor specific. If that
detail are in a JMS property (aka Camel message header) then you can
find it there.
There are other Camel users on IBM MQ so you can browse past user
posts on this forum, or you can get in touch with Red Hat as we have
MQ customers as well with Fuse.
