Yeah, it looks wrong.

Please open an issue about this.

For the moment, you may think about using a pollEnrich:

from("timer:tick?period=1000")
  .pollEnrich("azure-storage-blob:/myContainer?regex=test/azure_test.*.csv")
  .to("....")
