Fail to add XCP 1.1 Host

It appears this message when trying to add a XCP Host:

Cannot transit agent status with event AgentDisconnected for host 3, mangement 
server id is 52241270485,Unable to transition to a new state from Creating via 
AgentDisconnected

Any idea of what is happening??
