Openvswitch mode Linux virtual machine can not SSH login

Hi,
In platform of Cloudstack4.0.1 + XenServer6.0.201, a advanced resource
domain.
XenServer use openvswitch mode.
Description of the problem:
1.Create a centos6.3 host can not ssh to log in, but can ping
2.Create a Windows virtual machine can remotely log

Question:
1.How to solve this problem the openvswitch mode,
