Where can I find the instructions for installing the cloud_usage server and where to obtain the package from?
The Admin guide says refer to the Advanced Installation Guide, but there is no such guide - there is nothing in the Installation and Quick Start guides. So where and how do I install the cloud_usage server? Regards
