Understanding of different host state regarding HA.

Hi,

I'am busy to test HA vm and try to understand the difference
between host status. When make a reboot or halt command of the host,
the host is taged as disconnected in the UI and the HA vm doesn't work

When i "brutally" power off the host, the host is marked as down in the
UI and vm instance configured as ha are restarted on other host. So

I try do understand on which conditions the ha is working regarding
the host.
