The Management Servers are 'Stateless' so as Chip points out, it's the DB that stores all the info.
How you actually go about it depends on your current setup. 1. How many management servers do you currently have? 2. Are the original Management Server(s) still functioning, or are they down? 3. Is DB on a separate server, or the same as the Management Server?
