Would like to know what factors determine the capacity of a cloud created by cloudstack? Say, what reasons is triggering the message "No capacity available " and can't create any new instance? - Over provisioning factors - Physical CPU/MEM - primary storage size? - Available ip numbers for guest - Any other?
