Brian, I'll work on a release of cloudmonkey soon (plan was to do this weekend but I only have weekends to do my errands, if someone can help me with the release process, pushing that on pypi is not time consuming).
Try cloning using the repo url; git clone https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cloudstack-cloudmonkey.git The url you're using is for viewing git repos, if that fails I keep a backup here; https://github.com/bhaisaab/cloudmonkey HTH.
