Hi, Carlos.  Is the VM built for PV or HVM mode?  If the VM is built for
PV mode you should use a PV-enabled OS Type, such as "Other PV
(64-bit)".  If a PV-enabled OS Type doesn't work at all, the VM is
likely built for HVM mode so you can try the "Other (64-bit)" OS Type.
