Hi, Enabling local storage for userVMs is now done using zone creation wizard (createZone API). If the zone is already created then you can use "updateZone" API to do that.
About mount.parent setting, this for your hypervisor to automatically mount the secondary NFS on hypervisor. You don't have to worry about this setting.
