Sorry, could you look at the logs and screenshots?? Do you need more info to 
debug the issue??

Do you know if there is a bug related to this scenario?? 

I try to find any information on Internet and check my config but I don't know 
how to continue go ahead ...

Do you recommend re-installing CS software with other version or the same 
version ....??
