I went through your logs, there seems to be an issue with secondary storage, have you tried to create another secondary storage? and maybe prepare new system templates link<http://cloudstack.apache.org/docs/en-US/Apache_CloudStack/4.1.1/html/Installation_Guide/management-server-install-flow.html#prepare-system-vm-template>
What are you using for your backend storage? are you running NFSv4? Please attach full copy of your log :) Best,
