I don't see any global parameters for resource limits. Only limits per
domain (-1 for all resources, so NO limits), and also limits per account,
where I have increased.
Problem is that I don't have any log lines created when I click the submit
button (when I get that message).

BTW, records in the databases for that user account - have gone blank,
meaning, I don't have current number of resources entered inside databases,
as with other accounts... ?
