how to upload systemvm template to swift secondary storage

Hi,

I have a created a new zone in a fresh cloudstack 4.2 , how can I upload
the systemvm template to the swift ?

I don't see a way using 'cloud-install-sys-tmplt' , should I use the nfs
staging instead?
