Hi, look like Citrix recently change their website, and now the URL to download the cloud-netscaler-jar dependency is not working anymore
based on the doc: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/How+to+build+CloudStack the url that is not working: http://community.citrix.com/download/attachments/37847122/cloud-netscaler-jars.zip you can still download the .zip from http://zooi.widodh.nl/cloudstack/build-dep/ but it would be preferable to be able to download it from citrix I think.
