I'm getting a huge number of similar errors in libvirtd.log ~1500 per hour at the moment.
We're running 4.2.1 with netapp nfs for primary and secondary storage. 2014-01-31 03:00:04.704+0000: 4949: warning : virStorageFileGetMetadataInternal:782 : Backing file '/mnt/05648bab-b05a-377e-a3a7-52e616d5e390/f86a000d-aa46-41df-9bcb-4cba11d33b19' of image '/mnt/05648bab-b05a-377e-a3a7-52e616d5e390/cfd2c776-5505-4d1c-8f22-4e7824154ddb' is missing. 2014-01-31 03:00:04.704+0000: 4949: error : virFindBackingFile:528 : Can't canonicalize path '/mnt/05648bab-b05a-377e-a3a7-52e616d5e390/f86a000d-aa46-41df-9bcb-4cba11d33b19': No such file or directory We have intermittent issues with deploying and live migrations which I'm trying to diagnose and if this is the problem or not its causing a huge amount of noise that I'd like to get rid of. Any advice much appreciated!
