The path has been changed since ACS 4.1.0 to this:
/usr/share/cloudstack-common/scripts/storage/secondary/cloud-install-sys-tmplt
Which version of Installation Guide did you read? As I remember, all the
path errors in the docs have been fixed by now.

It seems the directory /usr/lib64/cloud/..../ doesn't exist.
What can I do about it? I'm working with CS 4.2.0 on CentOS 6.3
