Check Centos template Status is Showing "Download complete", unless you make your templates i.e KVM template CentOs Template
Status of both the templates should show "Download complete" and Ready as "YEs" After that you can register any new ISO from your management server //Having same problem from last 5days dont know how to make CentOS template ready..
