There is no tags on the public network. When I go to edit I can't tag it. Now the private network I was able to tag after the fact. I'm going to have to rtm again and maybe some will have a YouTube video that I can watch. I'm doing something wrong and for once I feel that I'm so close.

If so, you should probably remove the tag on the shared network offering unless you added a tag to your public network. If that doesn't work, try to create it with cloudmonkey, that might give you a reason atleast.
