CS 4.2 Advance Networking KVM - VR ftp proxy

Hello All,
I want to be able to do FTP Proxy on Virtual router can someone advise on
how to do so?

I notice from CloudStack Vlan is sends private IP therefore I unable to
communicate with FTP server outside vlan.
