Since i've seen way too many questions regarding building cloudstack
with non open source support - and even more people having difficulty,
I've put together this build, for those who want to try it out quickly.
Please note this is not official CloudStack release, as it contains non
open source packages to support VMware, NetScaler, etc .... hence its
called CloudSand.
This build was based on all the fixes that will be coming with Apache
CloudStack 4.3.0.1 - which is hopefully to be released soon.
