Does Cloudstack4.3 Use RabbitMQ?

Hi, There is RabbitMQEventBus Class I see in CS4.3. But why  do we not install 
RabbitMQ Server?
Does Cloudstack4.3 Use RabbitMQ? 
I am not familiar with RabbitMQ.
