Hi Carlos, Are you by any chance running 4.1 against 4.3 DB? It looks like a mismatch of CloudStack version between the UI/management-server and the DB.

I re-installed 4.1 and restored the DB then upgraded to 4.3 now the UI does not come up. I have cleared all the browser data and tried a couple different ones (chrome and safari) to no avail.
