Unfortunately it¹s not. You could remove all the VMs, destroy the network, Hopefully the shared network VLAN is within your VLAN range for you Isolated Zone, and you would have the then recreate it.
It¹s more difficult then I think you are probably looking to do. Better would be to add a second NIC to each machine in an Isolated network. Move everything over to that network, and then remove the shared network.
