Robin, You need to make server B the new MySQL Master and also point CloudStack at the new MySQL Server.
Also when using two Management Servers, you should have a load balancer which is referenced by the global setting 'host'. If you do have this setup, you will need to update the host setting to point to server B, then stop and start (not simply restart) each system VM?
