Hi Tim, Have you tested whether your VM instances can ping their respective virtual routers. This will help narrow down where the issue is occurring. If VM-VR comms is failing, migrate VR to same host as VM and try again, to rule out infrastructure (ie switches/VLANs etc). That would leave you with configuration/compatibility of dvswitches for guest traffic as the issue.
It first look, 7250 doesn’t appear to be your issue as you say the VR can get to the internet, so a public IP must have been successfully applied to it.
