Hi,

The error shows null status (instanceType: null, instanceId: null). It may be your vm already deleted process. Please make sure your SSVM is running status and xenserver disk space.

Tip: We can change vm status to stopped insted of IN_PROGRESS in our cloustack database table after that we are able to delete it.
