Tejas, The Latest 4.3.1 Templates are available here http://packages.shapeblue.com/systemvmtemplate/4.3/4.3.1/ and are different than the version you would have installed for 4.3 which for info are available here http://packages.shapeblue.com/systemvmtemplate/4.3/4.3.0/
