ACS 4.4.1 Xen - Unable to release Public IP "Status Allocated"

Hello All,

I am unable to release a public IP address, I get the following error 
"Command failed due to Internal Server Error"

The public IP address is not associated with any VM.

any ideas to solve this issue?
