I skip that step, but now i'm stucked at the server setup by cloudstack. I've already did a fresh installation of XenServer 6.5 and try to setup again, but i have a lot of this errors:

Seems cloudstack is trying to create the /etc/xapi.d/plugins and /opt/cloud/bin but they already exists.
