Rohit may be right change the permissions it may work. It seems like there is a coding error in CS unless your secondary storage comes up, you cannot progress any further in CS.
Your Templates(centos, system vm) should get downloaded . Check the status of templates if they are 100% downloaded and ready then only you can deploy your ISO or download your ISO. It shows everything is working fine on UI, but there may be a bug or somewhere you went wrong during installation.
