Hi,

Some feedback:

I am using Cluster based Primary Storage....

Using vCenter, vMotion works as expected, but CloudStack does not recognize the
move. When I try to start up the VM, it fails. Is there a way to have ACS run
an update to check where the VMs are? I see that ACS periodically checks VMs
and their hosts, but for some reason, it does not update the DB.

Thanks Tim,

Will try on ESXi 5.5 & ACS 4.3 and revert my findings.

Based on my experience with 4.2 and vSphere 5, CloudStack picks up vm
migrations done from vCenter within the same cluster. I never tried across
cluster, but wouldn't expect it to work. If the datastore was defined in
CloudStack as zone wide.
