Thx Sanyev for confirmation for vlans So just to confirm Storage GTW - if i.e. I have defined Storage network as 10.11.0.0/16 and 10.11.0.1 being GTW and (for whatever reason) NFS is on 10.12.0.1 (diferent subnet) - then GTW is beng used to access remote NFS server, since it's not in the same subnet as "Storage Network".
THanks again for clarification :) Best, On 4 May 2015 at 15:02, Sanjeev N <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Andrija, > > 1.As you mentioned, you don't need to define vlans if already provised. > 2.GTW is needed for storage network because storage server(e.g. nfs server) > might not be in the same storage network. > In that case all access to nfs server would be via GTW. > > -Sanjeev > > > On Sat, May 2, 2015 at 9:08 PM, Andrija Panic <[email protected]> > wrote: > > > Sorry, fast fingers...: > > > > My question: > > > > Since I already provisioned vlan interfaces for Public and (Secondary) > > Storage networks - should I not define VLAN/VNI for these 2 networks, > > during creation of new Zone in ACS ?
