Lucian, 

I don't know as i've not tested the 4.5 branch prior to 4.5.1. I know for sure 
that i've not had any migration issues in 4.4.3, 4.4.2, 4.3.2 and 4.2.1. In 
fact, I don't recall having any migration issues until i've upgraded to 4.5.1.
