Hi Ian,

Thank you for your option, the two settings below were set to "false". I 
changed them to "true", but this has made no difference. I still have only 1x 
task being executed in vCenter.

In global settings look for the following:

execute.in.sequence.hypervisor.commands
execute.in.sequence.network.element.commands

If they are set to false, try setting them to true to see if the behaviour 
improves.
