Hi Erik, Yes, I've delete *.js.gz files.
The customization that is not working is:
On index.jsp I've included:

On previous versions, this code allows me to add a link on left
navigation bar to my "Enterprise Hybrid Cloud".
On 4.5.2 is not working anymore :-(
