Changing security groups for virtual machine

Hi All,

It appears that this command allows you to migrate a virtual machine to a
new account. At the same time it allows you to assign a new list of
security groups to the VM.

Is there a way to update the list of security groups for a virtual machine,
without having to migrate it to another account via the API?
