you should have at least 3 nic in the VR: one for internal management, 1
public and 1 or more  for the network tiers. if you don't see any other
connection than the internal one, and nothing ever worked so far in this
new zone, it might be caused by a misconfiguration; the network label might
be wrongly defined in the zone configuration.
