Si, Thank you for the info. Forgive me, but I am still a bit new to the github/open source development world. So please allow me to ask for some clarifications:
- Has the PR for KVM Live Storage Migration been implemented into CloudStack or is that something that is in development? - The 4.10 release does have Incremental backup capabilities for KVM? Thanks for the help! It backs up incremental snapshots to primary storage. Disk only snaps have been supported for quite a long time. - Si ________________________________ From: Jeromy Grimmett <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, March 21, 2017 11:17 AM To: [email protected] Subject: KVM Incremental Backups & Live Storage Migration Hello All, Does anyone out there have a solution for doing incremental snapshots or backups of KVM (QCOW2) VM images? Also, does anyone know of any movement for doing Live Storage Migration for KVM VMs? In VMware you can "Storage vMotion" a VM's disks, but I have not seen anything to do the same with KVM in CloudStack. Any advice is appreciated.
