That's not possible (yet), but you can shutdown VM in vmware and import the 
vmdks to a KVM host which will be mostly a manual or semi-automated exercise. 
It will get tricky if there are multiple vmdks (differential disks) which will 
require you to coalesce those vmdks before you import them to KVM.


A migrate feature may be implemented in future, for example, oVirt community 
have done this way:
