Ugo, as long as the CPU flags are same or newer than the existing hosts in cluster, it's 100% safe operation in regards to live migrations.
But as Piotr said, if you are using some level of emulation of CPU model (versus hos-passthrough), then you might be good even with slighly older CPU on this new hosts that you want to add to a cluster. Do some reading around libvirt CPU model and simply just add one host and test live migration - as simple as that.
