Sorry about that - so I was told these system VMs would build by themselves but 
that's not happening which is why I was wondering what commands I can run to 
force these to build and start up.

Hey Mike,

you're jumping in in the middle of another thread - but to answers your
question, CPVM and SSVM are "stateless" in sense that they can be destroyed
and system will create a new one almost immediately.
